CCH Leaders Honored As Top in the Profession By Leading Tax and Accounting Publications

(RIVERWOODS, ILL., September 11, 2012) – Five CCH executives have been recognized nationally as among the top in the profession by prominent tax and accounting publications, Accounting Today and The CPA Practice Advisor. Accounting Today’s “Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting”

In its newly published list of “Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting” for 2012, Accounting Today recognized Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting CEO Kevin Robert on its annual list of top professionals who have an active hand in shaping the current and future direction of accounting.

Accounting Today recognized Robert for leading Wolters Kluwer’s tax and accounting operations worldwide and fostering the company’s growth across new and existing markets through a wide range of customer initiatives.

The publication also recognized CCH Small Firm Services (SFS) President Jeff Gramlich on its Top 100 list for building CCH SFS into a position of leadership in the market, serving small professional firms.

Accounting Today selected the honorees from a long list of thought leaders and change-makers in the profession that included top executives, government officials, CPAs, educators and others. Both Robert and Gramlich have appeared on the list in previous years.

The CPA Practice Advisor’s “Top 40 under 40”

The CPA Practice Advisor selected three CCH leaders for its annual “Top 40 under 40” list.

CCH Chief Architect of ProSystem fx SaaS Robert Baumann; Director of Federal Tax Publishing Jennifer Lowe; and Senior Manager of Accounting & Audit Srinivasu Maradana were honored by the publication as three of the nation’s “Top 40 under 40,” recognizing young leaders who are positively shaping the tax and accounting industry.

The CPA Technology Advisor selected 40 professionals, all under the age of 40, based on their current leadership in and around the field of public accounting, and for the role they appear ready to assume in guiding the profession into the future.
