Wolters Kluwer Law & Business Names Wolfe to Lead Wolters Kluwer U.K.
(NEW YORK, N.Y., March 8, 2007) – Wolters Kluwer Law & Business today announced the appointment of Catherine Wolfe as CEO of Wolters Kluwer U.K., a leading provider of tax, accounting, human resources, health and safety information and services (www.wolterskluwer.co.uk). Wolters Kluwer Law & Business is a unit of Wolters Kluwer Tax, Accounting & Legal.
Wolfe has 20 years experience with CCH and Wolters Kluwer. She has successfully led publishing, software, marketing, sales and product management organizations serving the tax and accounting, health, human resources and business compliance markets.
Most recently, as Vice President of Tax and Accounting Publishing for CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, Wolfe’s leadership and strategic vision produced strong results in growing the business. As the head of Publishing, she led the launch of a wide range of electronic and print products, significantly expanding the unit’s product portfolio and the integration of innovative tools and functionality into the company’s online research solution. Previously, Wolfe held the position of Publisher for CCH Health and Human Resources.
As the CEO of Wolters Kluwer U.K., Wolfe will drive the business to the next level of market leadership as it leverages its rich content resources, service expertise and technology to build out its offering of authoritative and innovative services and solutions for professionals.
Wolfe will report to Wolters Kluwer Law & Business CEO Bob Becker.
