Keynote speakers at the CCH User Conference are leaders who will share their expertise and experience on a series of timely topics of importance to professionals today.
AICPA Chair, Leslie A. Murphy, CPA, will provide special insight into the changing demographics of today’s accounting workforce and the implications for the profession. With 75 percent of the AICPA membership reaching retirement age by 2020, Murphy’s presentation on staffing trends, business implications and the development of a staffing strategy will be of high interest to professionals of all ages and firms of all sizes. Murphy is Group Managing Partner at Michigan-based Plante & Moran, PLLC, chosen by Fortune magazine as one of the “100 Best Places to Work” for the past eight years. She is one of the highest-ranking women in public accounting in the country.
Bruce Tulgan, Founder, Rainmaker Thinking, will address how to win the talent wars, providing best strategies and practices for human capital management. Based on first-hand experiences and practices from inside more than 50 world-class organizations, Tulgan’s presentation will focus on the staffing, on-boarding, training, development, knowledge management, performance management, leadership and retention issues that professionals can leverage and apply to today. Microsoft Corporation’s Keith White, General Manager for Information Worker Marketing in the United States, will provide CCH User Conference attendees with an inside look at key productivity applications that Microsoft is delivering and working on today, offering professionals insights on how technology can increase productivity.
