Senate Passes Pension Reform; CCH Briefing Provides Details, Analysis

(RIVERWOODS, ILL., August 7, 2006) – With Senate passage of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 on August 3, Congress finally cleared comprehensive pension reform for the President’s approval.
