CCH Tax and Accounting Sells Enteract Financial Planning Software to EnterAct Software, LLC

(RIVERWOODS, ILL., June 4, 2004) – CCH Tax and Accounting, a leading provider of tax and accounting information, software and services and a Wolters Kluwer company, today announced the sale of CCH Enteract personal financial planning software to EnterAct Software, LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"CCH carefully considered the needs of our customers in making this decision," stated CCH Tax and Accounting CEO Kevin Robert. He noted that although CCH has sold the software, the two organizations will continue to share a business relationship whereby CCH will provide tax research and content support to EnterAct Software, LLC.
