Uniform Information Services And Allenbrook Enter Into Strategic Business Alliance Agreement

(RIVERWOODS, ILL., February 6, 2003) – Uniform Information Services, Inc., a leading provider of regulatory forms and legal databases for the property/casualty insurance industry and a division of CCH INCORPORATED (CCH), today announced a strategic business alliance with Allenbrook, Inc., a leading provider of processing software and consulting services for the property/casualty insurance industry.

Under the terms of this agreement, Uniform intends to offer an Electronic Forms Library Service compatible with DocPrint, part of Allenbrook’s Phoenix System. Phoenix is an integrated Property and Casualty policy management solution that handles rating, policy issuance and endorsement, claims, billing, and printing. DocPrint is a tool for designing and integrating insurance documents and forms into Phoenix. DocPrint includes document layout, formatting and extract capabilities in a single application. This offering will include ISO, NCCI, and Uniform proprietary forms such as Notices of Cancellation & Nonrenewal.
