CCH Names Snider To Publisher Post For SOHO Unit

(RIVERWOODS, IL, January 12, 2001) – CCH INCORPORATED (CCH), a leading provider of tax and business law information and software, today announced it has named Drew Snider to the position of publisher for the company’s Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) unit. The CCH SOHO unit provides proprietary as well as licensed online content, tools and services that help small business owners start, run and grow a successful business. Snider succeeds Martin Bush in the position.

Most recently, Snider was director of marketing and sales for the SOHO unit where he was responsible for the online advertising strategy, content-licensing agreements and strategic partnerships for the unit’s pioneering CCH Business Owner’s Toolkit site. In addition, he oversaw marketing for the group’s series of small business books, including CCH Business Owner’s Toolkit Tax Guide 2001.

Snider has more than 30 years experience in the information services and magazine publishing industry where he held a number of positions with consulting and management organizations in the publishing market. Formerly, he was president and chief operating officer of Standard Rate & Data Service.

He is an alumnus of Western Illinois University and currently is a resident of Lake Forest, Ill.
