CCH INCORPORATED Names Caywood As Publisher, Business And Finance Group

(RIVERWOODS, ILL., September 20, 2000) – CCH INCORPORATED (CCH), a leading provider of tax and business law information and software, announced today that Stacey Caywood has been named publisher of its Business and Finance Group (BFG) and a member of the company’s nine-member Executive Group.

The BFG unit includes all publishing-related activities covering securities, financial institutions, trade regulations and government contract law products; Telecommunications Reports International, Washington, D.C.; and NILS, Chatsworth, Calif., CCH’s insurance law unit.

Caywood most recently was a group publisher in BFG, responsible for editorial, marketing, planning and finance for CCH’s business law product lines. In addition, she has served as director of sales and marketing, with management responsibility for the BFG sales force, all marketing activities and the launch of the unit’s Internet products.

She joined CCH in 1992 as a product manager and orchestrated the launch of the company’s first CD-Rom products. Prior to joining CCH, Caywood was a product manager for Official Airline Guides, Oak Brook, Ill.

Caywood succeeds Christopher Ainsley, who was appointed managing director of Croner.CCH Group Ltd., London.

She is a resident of Kenilworth, Ill.
