CCH Names High Vice President of Specialty Markets, Gruchot as Vice President of Advance Technology

(RIVERWOODS, ILL., October 23, 2008) – CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business announced today that two industry leaders have been named to Vice President positions, reporting to CCH President Mike Sabbatis as members of the executive team. Samuel High has been named Vice President, Specialty Market Product Development and Scott Gruchot has joined CCH as Vice President of Advance Technology. Sam High will play an integral role in advancing software development and integration of CCH’s accounting and specialty products to meet the evolving needs of professionals in the Corporate and Accounting markets.

With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field leading large global IT organizations in providing business and technology solutions, High possesses a long-time track record in executing global strategies within Fortune 500 companies, including Fiserv Output Solutions and General Electric. As Vice President of Product Development & Technology at Fiserv, he was responsible for software product and platform strategy, delivery of key customer programs and successful organizational transformations. He also is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.

High holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.

As Vice President of Advance Technology, Scott Gruchot will help drive CCH’s continued leadership at the forefront of market and technological developments to ensure customer needs are met with innovation and speed. He will also play an important role in driving performance and business improvement processes, executing on acquisition strategies and driving new technologies.
