CCH Tax and Accounting Offers Premier, One-Stop International Tax Treaty Expert Library

CCH International Tax Treaty Expert Library also includes an integrated decision-support work tool designed to facilitate ease of use and make users more productive. This tool, called the International Tax Treaty Withholding Rate Decision Support Tool, provides users with quick look-ups of tax treaty withholding rates in over 50 countries, including key OECD and other countries. The table presentation facilitates quick comparisons of rates in these countries. It also links from rates to specific treaties to facilitate more detailed analysis and research when needed. The rates are easily downloadable to the customer’s workstation. And customers may elect to receive a monthly email notice of any changes to the rates. The tool covers over 50 countries, with additional countries on the way.

  • News and Developing Issues

Coming soon, the CCH International Tax Treaty Expert Library will include robust and timely news and current awareness information on tax treaty developments. CCH’s Tax Treaty Tracker News will provide a customizable daily tax news service that covers international tax treaty developments. The Library also will be expanded to include international articles and commentary written by noted international tax practitioners on hot topics and emerging trends, as well as articles and features from our Journal of Taxation of Global Transactions.
