CCHKnowledgePoint and Ingram Micro Partner to Sell Enterprise Performance Management Software

(Petaluma, Calif., June 13, 2003) — CCHKnowledgePoint (www.knowledgepoint.com) today announced that its Performance Now Enterprise Edition^® software is available for purchase through Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services.

Performance Now Enterprise offers a complete performance management solution for network environments. More than 150,000 small- to medium-sized businesses are currently using this Windows-based system and, last year, despite the flagging economy, sales of Performance Now Enterprise grew by 30 percent.

In addition to Performance Now Enterprise, CCHKnowledgePoint sells other popular desktop solutions through the channel, including Ultimate Employer, People Manager, Descriptions Now, Policies Now and Performance Now (single user). By offering high margins, pricing protection and the opportunity to lock in recurring revenue for clients secured by the channel, CCHKnowledgePoint plans to add 25 to 50 new solution providers to their reseller program in 2003.
