The board of Wolters Kluwer, the Dutch-based information services company which owns and operates CCH INCORPORATED under its Legal, Tax and Business North America (LTB NA) division, has accepted Hensley’s resignation. Today’s announcement was made by Christopher Cartwright, CEO and president of LTB NA.
