Lisa Franke, CCP, SPHR WORKPLACE LAW ANALYST
Lisa Franke is a workplace analyst with over 15 years of experience tracking and analyzing human resources and employment law trends. She is the lead editor of two publications within CCH’s flagship HR Management Library, the HR Practices Guide and the Compensation Guide, and is a contributing editor for CCH’s HRAnswersNow® research product. Franke has written extensively for various publications and is the author of the book HR Networking: Performance Management. In addition, she has developed and analyzed surveys covering a broad range of workplace issues, including absenteeism, salary competitiveness, work-life benefits, organizational culture and employee attitudes. Prior to joining CCH, Franke held a series of human resources positions involving compensation, performance management, staffing and employee relations.
A frequent spokesperson on HR issues, Franke provides extensive insight on the challenges faced by employers and employees in this dynamic area.
Paul Gibson, JD, SPHR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS COMPLIANCE
Paul Gibson is Vice President, Business Compliance publishing for CCH. He heads a business unit that publishes more than 40 HR, employment, labor and pension law print and on-line publications including the company’s key HR publication, Human Resources Management.
With 25 years tracking trends, new developments and best practices in the HR arena, Gibson has spoken on and written about many HR topics during his career, which includes positions as a legal editor and Vice President of Human Resources.
BRETT GOROVSKY, JD EMPLOYMENT LAW ANALYST
Brett Gorovsky is an attorney and employment law analyst who tracks and analyzes employment law issues, court decisions and trends. He is the editor of CCH’s Accommodating Disabilities Decisions, which provides analysis of key federal and state disability discrimination decisions. Gorovsky also co-wrote CCH’s FMLA-ADA Leave Advisor, a workflow tool that walks HR professionals through the maze of federal leave law. Gorovsky is a contributing editor for the Employment Practices Guide, CCH’s flagship employment discrimination product, which covers federal and state laws, regulations, rules and decisions pertaining to workplace discrimination. In addition, he also contributes to CCH’s biweekly Employment Practices Newsletter, which reports on the latest trends, cases and legislative changes in federal and state anti-discrimination law. Gorovsky also regularly contributes to CCH WorkWeek, CCH’s current awareness product, which provides corporate counsel and law firm practitioners with weekly summaries on breaking legislative developments, regulatory activity, state law changes and key case law related to employment and labor law.

Lisa Milam-Perez, JD LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT LAW ANALYST
Lisa Milam-Perez is a legal analyst in CCH's labor and employment law group, with expertise covering wage-hour and labor law cases and developments. Milam-Perez co-authored the second edition of CCH's HR How-to: Wage Hour book. Prior to joining CCH, Milam-Perez advised employees on legal rights and general employment issues and worked as a public interest attorney.
Milam-Perez provides insight on employment and HR issues from both employer and employee perspectives.
Linda Panszczyk, JD EMPLOYEE BENEFITS LAW ANALYST
Linda Panszczyk is an attorney specializing in employee benefits law. As a senior analyst with primary responsibility for tracking and explaining benefits law issues for CCH, Panszczyk coordinates a team of legal specialists who analyze health and welfare benefits and regulation on a daily basis. She is the author of one of the leading reference publications in the benefits area, the U.S. Master Employee Benefits Guide, and is a contributing author to numerous CCH books on health and welfare plan laws and regulations.
Panszczyk has thorough knowledge of employee benefits law and new developments in benefits trends.
Tulay Turan, JD EMPLOYEE BENEFITS LAW ANALYST
Tulay Turan is an attorney and employee benefits analyst who tracks and analyzes employee benefits-related laws, issues and trends. She is the coordinating editor of Employee Benefits ManagementDirections, a CCH newsletter that addresses new developments in the benefits arena. Turan also is the co-author of HR How To: Flexible Benefit Plans, a CCH book on implementing and administering flexible benefit plans.

Pamela Wolf, JD EMPLOYMENT LAW ANALYST
Pamela Wolf is an attorney and employment law analyst who tracks and analyzes employment law issues, court decisions and trends. She is the editor of CCH’s EEOC Compliance Manual and its newsletter, which addresses new developments related to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and its implementation and enforcement of federal antidiscrimination laws. Wolf is also a contributing editor to CCH’s Employment Practices Guide, which reviews federal and state laws, regulations, rules and decisions pertaining to workplace discrimination, and CCH’s Accommodating Disabilities Decisions, covering federal and state decisions related to discrimination against individuals with disabilities. As a practicing attorney, Wolf litigated employment and civil rights matters.
