Lori Rosen is an attorney and workplace analyst with over
15 years experience tracking and analyzing human resources and employment-related
laws, issues and trends. Rosen has written extensively for various human

Substance Abuse Prevention, Discipline, Termination

Theresa Houck is a writer and editor with over 15 years experience in
trade magazine and book publishing, new product development and marketing.

safety, recruitment, retention and compensation. She is managing editor of Human

Linda Panszczyk is an attorney and senior employee benefits
analyst with over 18 years experience tracking and analyzing employee benefits-related
laws, issues and trends. She is the author of HR How To: Intergenerational
Issues, a CCH book on HR-related generational issues in the workplace.
Panszczyk is the author of one of the leading reference publications in the
benefits area, the U.S. Master Employee Benefits Guide. Panszczyk is
also a contributing author to numerous CCH books on health and welfare plan
laws and regulations and is a frequent spokesperson on a wide variety of
employee benefits-related topics.
