As CEO of the global division, Robert leads Wolters Kluwer tax and accounting operations worldwide, with activities across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Robert has led Wolters Kluwer’s growth across new and existing markets through a wide range of customer-focused initiatives, including: expansion in the global corporate tax market; the creation of new business lines including CCH Small Firm Services and Wolters Kluwer’s risk management and GRC portfolio; investment in new Cloud offerings for the ProSystem fx® Suite and the expansion of the ProSystem fx Suite worldwide; and Wolters Kluwer’s investment in emerging markets, including India and China.
Previously, Robert held series of executive leadership positions at CCH and Wolters Kluwer, where he was extensively involved in strategic planning; business development; and customer, product development, sales and marketing activities. He was instrumental in the launch of CCH’s ProSystem fx SaaS Suite and the evolutionary global research platform, IntelliConnect.
He is consistently recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the tax and accounting profession, and is a frequent speaker on trends in the profession.

Under Sabbatis, CCH has invested at record levels in its solutions, and he has led the development of CCH’s next generation research and software platforms. In 2009, CCH launched the innovative and award-winning new IntelliConnect research platform, as the company also prepared to deliver its next generation suite of software solutions.
