Kevin Robert
CEO, Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting

Kevin Robert is CEO of Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting, a leading global
provider of tax information, software and integrated workflow solutions for
tax and accounting professionals. Robert leads Wolters Kluwer tax and accounting
operations for the U.S., Asia / Pacific, Small Firm Services and Canada. He
has been recognized by Accounting Today as one of the Top 100 Most Influential
People in the industry.
Robert previously served as president and CEO of CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business,
where he led the creation of an integrated customer-focused organization that
is unique in the tax and accounting industry. He also served as president and
CEO of CCH Tax Compliance, and as vice president and publisher, Federal and
State Tax group for CCH INCORPORATED. In this role, Robert substantially expanded
the unit’s product portfolio, targeting strategic, high-growth areas
of sales and use tax, estate planning and financial planning. He also was involved
in the development of the CCHGroup.com destination site, serving as chairman
of the project board.
During his more than 22 years with CCH, Robert has been extensively involved
in sales and marketing activities. He was instrumental in the development and
launch of CCH’s first web-based research service, CCH Internet Tax Research
NetWork. As vice president of marketing for CCH Tax Compliance, he oversaw
the launch of the company’s core tax preparation software product, ProSystem
fx Tax. In addition, he was director of customer service for CCH INCORPORATED,
implementing new order management and customer service systems.
Mike Sabbatis

Mike Sabbatis is the President of CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business and a leading
provider of tax and accounting information, software and services. At CCH,
Sabbatis leads the U.S. tax and accounting business in serving as a strategic
partner in delivering leading integrated online solutions for professionals.
During his 26 years in the software, technology and information industries,
Sabbatis has successfully led businesses domestically and globally including
activities in sales, marketing, business development and consulting. Sabbatis
is a featured speaker with a focus on technology, industry trends, leadership
and business effectiveness. He’s presented at industry conferences, as
a keynote at the CCH User Conference and most recently at the Wolters Kluwer
Global Leadership Forum. Previously, Sabbatis was the executive vice president
of global sales and marketing for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting focusing
on the U.S., Canada and Asia Pacific businesses. Other positions include vice
president of business development for CCH Tax Compliance; vice president of
business development and strategic accounts as well as vice president of sales
and consulting for Thomson Tax and Accounting; and Chief Marketing Officer
for Advantage MOTI, a division of Datamatics.
Stacey Caywood
President and CEO, Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, U.S.
Riverwoods, IL
Stacey Caywood is President and CEO of the Wolters Kluwer Law and Business, U.S. customer unit, which includes the Legal Markets and Business Compliance groups. The unit's mission is to be the first-choice legal research provider in key practice areas for in-depth, proprietary analytical content and forms fully integrated with statutes, regulations and case law.
Caywood has been with CCH and Wolters Kluwer for over 16 years, where she has led strategic planning, publishing, sales, marketing and new product development. Prior to this current position, Caywood was head of the Legal Professional Group, part of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, where she achieved strong growth as the unit extended its integrated online libraries into specialty areas such as securities law and integrated workflow tools. Caywood earned a MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, Medford, Mass.

Tax and Accounting

Offers integrated solutions, including more than 100 tax law information and
software solutions annually for accountants, attorneys, financial planners,
government agencies and others who must understand and apply federal, state
and international law. The unit also produces ProSystem fx Suite, one
of the most popular tax compliance and productivity software suites used by
accountants today.
Legal Markets

Provides research and compliance tools for various legal, trade law, insurance,
banking and finance, government contracting, and securities professionals and
others who use business law information.
Business and Health Care Compliance

Tracks, reports, explains and analyzes a wide range of federal and state laws,
annually producing over 50 publications as well as electronic tools and resources.
